Darrell D. Johnson is a veteran operations and transformation leader with more than 30+ years of experience strengthening business processes, organizational readiness, and team performance within California’s telecommunications industry. Known for driving effective Incident Management, strategic planning, and compliance programs, he has led major improvements in operational efficiency and workforce development across Network Operations. Darrell holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a Master of Education, and he is also committed to community service as a co‑founder of two nonprofits supporting youth development and successful reentry for formerly incarcerated individuals.
